Tamu established the Coaching by Tamu brand in 2016 to co-create with female entrepreneurs in the Caribbean region to create scalable businesses that provide world-class value, and allow founders to create generational wealth. Since the launch of the brand, Dr. Tamu has trained hundreds of founders of MSMEs regionally, coached for pitch competitions including the World Bank funded PitchIT Caribbean, and designed numerous entrepreneurship accelerator and incubator programs. Prior to establishing Coaching by Tamu. Dr. Browne served as the Bootcamp Manager for the final two cycles of St. Kitts’ multi-million dollar SEED initiative. Tamu holds a doctorate in technology entrepreneurship.

Transformational Training
We provide corporate training in a number of areas but specialize in innovation, intrapreneurship, design thinking, sustainable business models, entrepreneurship, and change management. Dr. Tamu has trained for private and public sector entities including the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis, The Law Division of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank, UNESCO, FAO and more. Tamu’s facilitation is distinct because of its research based approach fused with experiential engagement and technology.

Consultancy. Dr Tamu has worked as a consultant for the St. Kitts and Nevis Government with a team to create the National Quality Infrastructure. Entrepreneurship consultancy engagements for UNESCO and OAS.

Online Training
Dr. Browne has been creating and providing training optimized for online delivery and e-facilitation since 2008. The world has finally caught up in their acceptance of e-facilitation. Dr. Tamu also provides train the trainer sessions for coaches, trainers, and HR departments in online training and facilitation design. Dr. Tamu also provides hybrid modality training. Tamu has provided online facilitation for entities such as The Caribbean Export Development Agency, Trinidad and Tobago Coalition of Service Industries, Caribbean Examinations Council, University of the West Indies Open Campus in partnership with UNDP and many more. Innovative Curriculum Design
Dr. Browne is sought out for her innovative approach to curriculum design and her expertise in creating curricula for competency-based education, online and blended course delivery. Tamu currently serves as the Convener for the Caribbean Examinations Council’s Animation and Game Design Syllabus Panel and has provided her expertise to a number of tertiary institutions.
