Frequently Asked Questions
RARE© Transformational Leadership is a CPD-accredited certificate experience for leaders who are ready to move beyond theory and strengthen the way they think, communicate, re-engineer systems, and lead under pressure.
Only 9 seats remain for the Virtual June Cohort. This is a small-group leadership experience because the work is practical, reflective, and deeply connected to the real issues leaders face in organizations, teams, departments, and growing enterprises.
What is the RARE© Transformational Leadership Virtual June Cohort?
It is a four-session virtual certificate program created by Dr. Tamu Petra Browne, founder of Innovative Education and Training and creator of the RARE© Transformational Leadership Framework.
The program helps leaders close the gap between knowing what leadership should look like and actually leading with strategic clarity, emotional steadiness, operational discipline, and the capacity to guide others through change.
Who is this program designed for?
This cohort is designed for current and aspiring leaders who are responsible for people, performance, decisions, strategy, culture, or change.
It is especially useful for:
- Managers and department heads navigating team performance issues
- Public sector and statutory body leaders responsible for change and accountability
- Corporate leaders who need stronger communication and execution systems
- High-growth entrepreneurs who are building teams and shifting from operator to strategist
- Professionals who need CPD credits and want practical leadership development rather than generic training
How do I know if this is the right time for me to join?
This is the right time if leadership feels heavier than it should, if your team is not aligned around goals, or if you are carrying too much strategic and emotional weight alone.
RARE© is built for leaders who are dealing with real-world issues: difficult employees, unclear KPIs, stalled execution, communication breakdowns, workplace pressure, and the emotional labour of leading people through complexity.
Is this an accredited certificate program?
Yes. RARE© Transformational Leadership is accredited by The CPD Group in the United Kingdom. Participants who meet the attendance requirements receive a PDF certificate with the accreditation badge details.
This makes the program suitable for professionals who need credible continuing professional development evidence for membership bodies, professional associations, internal HR records, or personal leadership portfolios.
How many CPD credits will I receive?
Participants who successfully complete the program receive 10 continuing professional development credits.
These credits can support your professional development record, especially if your field, association, employer, or professional body requires ongoing learning.
When does the June cohort begin?
The Virtual June Cohort begins in June 2026 and meets virtually on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 11:30 am Eastern Standard Time.
Each session is designed for focused leadership work, applied discussion, guided reflection, and practical use of the RARE© Framework.
How many sessions are included?
The cohort includes four virtual sessions, each aligned to one component of the RARE© Transformational Leadership Framework:
- Radical Re-imagination
- Agile Articulation
- Resilient Re-engineering
- Emotional Mastery
What will we cover in Radical Re-imagination?
Radical Re-imagination helps leaders examine who they must become to lead transformation. This session moves beyond traditional goal setting and focuses on the leader as strategist.
Participants explore the mindset, behaviours, and decisions required to re-imagine the future of a team, department, organization, or enterprise. The work is personal because leadership architecture begins with the person responsible for shaping direction.
What will we cover in Agile Articulation?
Agile Articulation focuses on how leaders communicate vision, direction, culture, expectations, and strategic priorities without overwhelming stakeholders or revealing every part of the playbook.
Participants also explore how AI tools can support leadership communication, including drafting internal messages, shaping policy language, analyzing feedback, and creating communication frameworks that help people align around direction and KPIs.
What will we cover in Resilient Re-engineering?
Resilient Re-engineering helps leaders identify the outdated systems, processes, habits, and workflows that block performance.
Participants apply practical re-engineering approaches such as implementing, delegating, automating, and eliminating. The focus is not change for display. The focus is measurable improvement, especially where leadership decisions must support KPI achievement.
What will we cover in Emotional Mastery?
Emotional Mastery is the final component of the RARE© Framework and the glue that holds the other leadership capacities together.
Leaders will examine emotional triggers, workplace pressure, difficult interactions, frustration, overwhelm, and the internal roadblocks that can weaken strategic decision-making. Participants are introduced to an Emotional Mastery tool that supports private reflection and more intentional leadership responses.
Will AI be used in the program?
Yes. AI is used as a strategic support tool, not as a gimmick.
Participants will see how AI can support agile communication, stakeholder messaging, data-informed leadership reflection, and emotional mastery. The goal is to help leaders use technology to strengthen judgement, clarity, and execution.
Is this a lecture-style course?
No. This is not a slide-flipping session.
The cohort is interactive, reflective, and application-based. Participants work through leadership dilemmas, communication challenges, KPI barriers, emotional triggers, and system-level issues that show up in real leadership environments.
Why is the cohort limited?
The cohort is intentionally small because meaningful leadership development requires space for reflection, discussion, questions, and practical application.
RARE© deals with the real texture of leadership: pressure, decisions, communication breakdowns, resistance, workplace shenanigans, emotional discipline, and strategic execution. A smaller cohort creates the right container for that work.
How many seats are available?
There are currently 9 seats available for the Virtual June Cohort.
Once those seats are filled, the cohort will close so that the group remains intimate, practical, and high-touch.
Do I have to attend live to receive the certificate?
Yes. To receive the accredited certificate, participants must attend at least three of the four live sessions.
Recordings are provided, but live attendance is required because the certificate is tied to participation, engagement, and the standards of an accredited learning activity.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes. Sessions will be recorded and shared with registered participants.
The recordings are useful for review, but they do not replace the live participation requirement for the certificate.
What is included in my investment?
Your investment includes:

- AI-supported leadership exercises

Once your registration or payment plan form is completed, you will receive the relevant invoice, reminders, and access details.
What happens after I register?
After registration, you will receive the access details for the virtual sessions. You will also receive reminders before each session so that you can attend live and remain on track for certification.
After each session, materials and the recording link will be shared with registered participants.
What makes RARE© different from traditional leadership training?
RARE© is not built around abstract leadership theory. It is a practical framework for leaders who must make decisions, communicate direction, rework systems, manage pressure, and still achieve results.
The framework integrates strategic thinking, AI-supported communication, process re-engineering, KPI alignment, and emotional mastery. It treats leadership as an operating system, not a performance of confidence.
Who facilitates the cohort?
The cohort is facilitated by Dr. Tamu Petra Browne, Organizational Transformation and Ecosystem Strategist, founder of Innovative Education and Training, and creator of the RARE© Transformational Leadership Framework.
Dr. Tamu has worked across leadership, entrepreneurship, education, governance, and transformation with public sector, private sector, regional, and international organizations.
What is Dr. Tamu’s leadership experience?
Dr. Tamu brings lived leadership experience across sectors, including education, automotive, entrepreneurship development, governance, and regional capacity building.
Her background includes serving as a board chair of a tertiary institution, leading regional and international teams, managing major entrepreneurship programming, and training leaders across public and private sector spaces. This is why the RARE© experience is grounded in the reality of leadership, not just the vocabulary of leadership.
Is this suitable for entrepreneurs?
Yes, particularly high-growth entrepreneurs who are building teams, managing people, creating systems, and shifting from operator to strategist.
As a business grows, leadership becomes less about personal effort and more about strategic clarity, team alignment, emotional discipline, and repeatable systems. RARE© supports that transition.
Is this suitable for public sector leaders?
Yes. The program is highly relevant for public sector leaders, statutory bodies, boards, and institutional leaders who must manage complexity, accountability, people, policy, and transformation.
RARE© helps leaders strengthen the human systems required to move from intention to implementation.
Will this help me with KPIs?
Yes. KPI achievement is woven throughout the curriculum, especially in Resilient Re-engineering and Emotional Mastery.
Participants examine what is blocking performance, what systems need to be changed, what communication must be strengthened, and what emotional patterns may be interfering with strategic execution.
What if my organization usually pays for leadership training?
This cohort is useful for leaders who do not want to wait for an organization-wide training intervention before investing in their own leadership capacity.
It is also appropriate if you want to strengthen your own professional development record while gaining a practical framework you can immediately apply inside your role, team, department, or business.
Will there be another cohort?
Future virtual cohorts may be offered, but this introductory virtual cohort investment is limited.
RARE© is often delivered inside organizations as face-to-face or multi-day leadership training. The Virtual June Cohort creates a more accessible pathway for individual leaders who are ready to do the work now.
How do I reserve my seat?
Click the registration button, complete your details, and submit your payment or payment plan request where available.
With only 9 seats remaining, early registration is strongly recommended if you want to be part of the June cohort.
Ready to lead with more clarity, capacity, and emotional command?
The Virtual June Cohort is for leaders who know that transformation requires more than intention. It requires a framework, a disciplined mind, stronger systems, and the courage to lead differently.
